After 3 months of waiting for some news on the offer on our house, we began looking around at our other options. We decided to go out with our agent last Saturday. Friday night a new house came on the market and we were the first to see it on Saturday. We went back Sunday with my mom and friends from the area and we all fell in love with the house! We put an offer on it early Monday and they accepted it today! We do our inspection tomorrow...so we'll see how it goes!
